The designer brings the data of the designed furniture project into the design program, in which, based on 20 years of experience, we have created an individual database of furniture structures and materials. This results in high-quality detailing – specification, i.e. specific dimensions of parts and their processing drawings – electronic files of drilling, milling, edging. A cover letter is generated for each part – it is a sticker with processing information that is pasted on the part. The letter has a barcode (barcode), which after scanning, the furniture assembler or installer can see all the technical information of the project he needs and a 3D image of the assembly of the furniture in an electronic medium.
Production
Construction – generation of project technical information.
CNC – computerized control of machine tools.
The files generated by the designer are sent to the CNC facility (milling/drilling center) which automatically performs full mechanical machining of the parts. With the help of pneumo grippers, the sheet of material required for processing is placed on the CNC work table. The CNC machine has 16 different tools in the automatic tool magazine, from which you can choose the one you need to perform the mechanical operation. In this way, accurate and high-quality processed furniture parts are obtained, on which the accompanying sheets of the parts are pasted.
The operation of edging details
Next, the edging of the details is carried out. According to the information in the detail sheets, the edging materials and operations are selected. The fully automated edging line performs the additional function of milling the part – thus obtaining a maximum quality edge plane for edge gluing. The type of glue (polyurethane or PVA), as well as the color of the glue, is chosen according to the need. When edging the part, the part is additionally treated with 3 types of liquids: first, a liquid is sprayed that prevents the glue from sticking to and smearing the surface of the part, then a liquid is sprayed that dissolves dirt, and finally a liquid is sprayed that helps the felt brushes to perform the final cleaning of the edge of the part. This results in a clean, high-quality edge gluing operation.
Control assembly
For every order, without exception, a control assembly is carried out at the factory. During the control assembly, the furniture is fully assembled – this is how the strength, quality and completeness of the products are checked. The project manager inspects the assembled furniture, checks whether everything is made as agreed with the customer. Only after that the products are packed.
The assembly workplaces are equipped according to the principles of the Toyota Production System (TPS). Select and group the tools and materials used in the assembly operation. All of them have their places marked according to the priorities of use and convenience. The goal is to have a maximally orderly, comfortable and efficient workplace for the assembler.
Warehouse of finished products
After control assembly, the product bodies are packed, assembled and safely stored in a dry, ventilated and heated warehouse for ready production.
Finish
For facades that require finishing, finishing operations are carried out in a modern paint shop. We perform varnishing, staining, painting, polishing. We work with Italian facade metal coating technology, which allows us to extract natural metal surfaces – gold, silver, bronze, copper, tin, tempered steel.
Special operations – 3D milling / complex assemblies, constructions
We perform complex 3D milling and their finishing. We select and match the wood pattern. For complex specific or exclusive products, we produce test standards to ensure quality, function and the right image.
